All the villas have had a complete redesign, with improved lighting within the interiors as well as the installation of pool heaters (which is quite unique for plunge pools).
The refurbished spa now has 5 main treatment rooms, plus a further six additional treatment ‘spaces’ around the property (including a rather magical spot by the river at the foot of the valley). The spa incidentally was named ‘Best Luxury Destination Spa’ at the 2019 World Luxury Spa Awards.
They’ve introduced a new villa category – Royal Spa Suite – as well as the ‘Hidden Palace’, which is a 5-suite private residence immersed in the forest that can be booked exclusively for private groups, large families etc. The restaurant and bar have also been completely revamped and refurnished, using mostly local materials.
