They have a strong focus on both inbound and outbound travel. U & I Holidays has been a long-time supporter of Bali by bringing Indian tourists to appreciate the island's beauty.

Since Queen's of India Jakarta expanded its operations to Bali in 2004, The Queen's Bali has been operating in the market. It is owned by Mr. Ramesh & Mrs. Sarita, together with their relatives Mr. Puneet and Ms. Neeta.

Due to high demand from Indian tourists visiting Bali, the Queen's Tandoor restaurant in Seminyak was the first to be enlarged, followed by those in Kuta, Tanjung Benoa, and Ubud. Along with providing authentic Indian food experiences, Queen's Bali also manages the wedding section because Indian tourists find Bali to be a lovely place to get married.

"As the foremost experts on Indian outbound tourists, Mr. Shyam Upadhyay from U & I Holidays India and Mr. Puneet Malhotra from Queen's Bali will be our speakers today. Indian visitors to Bali have been increasing year over year, and they are today the second-largest tourist arrival to Bali after Australians, according to Putu Arisudhiana, Chairman of the Bali Sales and Marketing Community (BASCOMM).

More than 250 people from different Bali tourism-related companies, including hotels, villas, resorts, and providers of activity and vacation packages, attended the half-day workshop event. All attendees sing Indonesia Raya's national anthem before the ceremony begins.

This workshop is organized by BASCOMM and is supported by various partners such as GuestPro, Radiant1, and Puri Saron Seminyak Hotel. BASCOMM will continue to support Bali tourism by presenting various tourism workshops with special market highlights such as ASEAN, China, Middle East and other markets that have the potential to Bali tourism.
