Completing a globally recognized online course from ARMA has helped Yatish Thombare fine-tune his revenue management skills and further grow his property’s yield.

“It was applied learning on real-life booking data that made a huge impact,” says Yatish, revenue manager at Nashik’s [India] Hotel Express Inn, who recently became the first STAAH customer to complete an online course in revenue management foundations from Australian Revenue Management Association (ARMA). “With every module I applied newer nuances of pricing that has helped improve the hotel’s revenue while learning.”
